Services to deaf and hard of hearing people
• Specialist advice and guidance to enable deaf and hard of hearing people to make informed decisions about their future employment and training
• Expanding essential skills such as IT and creating training packages especially for deaf people in order to develop clients' transferable skills to meet their needs and those of the labour market.
• Liaises with potential employers to, for example, ensure fair treatment during the selection process and discuss Access to Work agreements.
• ETSS delivers its service in the communication medium of the client's choice
